Check-in time is after 3.00 pm and check-out time is before 12.00noon.
Children below 18 years old are to be accompanied by parents or guardians at all times.
The Pearl Kuala Lumpur is a non-smoking, vape-free, and pet-free hotel.
Durians and mangosteens are also strictly prohibited. A minimum cleaning fee of RM1,000 will be charged if any odors or evidence of smoking, pets, or these fruits are found in your room.

Located on the 1st floor of Pearl Point Shopping Mall, enjoy complimentary access to Anytime Fitness. Just collect your gym access card at the hotel reception before heading over (access is on a first-come, first-served basis).
Basement Parking (B1 & B2 – Cashless)
RM5 per day with validation, RM7 per day for event or function guests.
Simply validate your Touch ‘n Go, Visa, Mastercard or debit card at our Reception (Level 5) before exiting.
Podium Parking (Hotel Front Porch)
RM15 for the first 3 hours, RM2.50 for every additional hour.
Maximum of RM25 for a full day (24 hours).
