Check-in time is after 3.00 pm and check-out time is before 12.00noon.
Children below 18 years old are to be accompanied by parents or guardians at all times.
The Pearl Kuala Lumpur is a non-smoking, vape-free and pet-free hotel.
Additionally, durians and mangosteens are also strictly prohibited. A minimum cleaning fee of RM1,000 will be charged if any odors or evidence of smoking, vaping, pets or these fruits are found in your room.

Located on the 1st floor of Pearl Point Shopping Mall, enjoy complimentary access to Anytime Fitness. Just collect your gym access card at the hotel reception before heading over (access is on a first-come, first-served basis).
Basement Parking (B1 & B2 – Cashless)
RM5 per day with multiple entries, RM7 per day for event or function guests.
Our parking facilities operate on a cashless system. To enjoy our special flat rates, please proceed to the Reception counter (Level 5) and provide your car plate number for validation.
Kindly ensure this is done each time before you exit the premises.
Podium Parking (Hotel Front Porch)
First 3 hours (or part thereof): RM15.00, each subsequent hour: RM2.50
Maximum rate (per 24 hours): RM25.00
Conveniently located at Main Entrance, our Podium Parking operates on a fully cashless system.
For a seamless exit, simply use your Touch ‘n Go, Visa, Mastercard or debit card at the terminal.
(Please note that there is no validation at the Reception counter for Podium Parking)
