Hotel Policies
Check-in time is after 3.00 pm and check-out time is before 12.00noon.
No pets are allowed on the hotel premises.
Durian and mangosteens are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.
Children below 18 years old are to be accompanied by parents or guardians at all times.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. Any evidence of violation of our smoke-free and vape-free principle will result in a charge of RM300 to your hotel room bill.

Located on the 1st floor of Pearl Point Shopping Mall, enjoy complimentary access to Anytime Fitness. Just collect your gym access card at the hotel reception before heading over (access is on a first-come, first-served basis).
Basement Parking (B1 & B2 – Cashless)
RM5 per day with validation, RM7 per day for event or function guests.
Simply validate your Touch ‘n Go, Visa, Mastercard or debit card at our Reception (Level 5) before exiting.
Podium Parking (Hotel Front Porch)
RM15 for the first 3 hours, RM2.50 for every additional hour.
Maximum of RM25 for a full day (24 hours).
